Outstanding!  We purchased a washer and dryer set from Donkers. The sales professional was courteous and knowledgeable, and the installation professionals made quick work of removing the old set and installing the new one; even taking the time to explain (in lay terms) some irregularities with our plumbing and how to address issues as they might arise.  I am very impressed!

I walked in, knew what I wanted. NEW Speed Queen washer and dryer.  Made the transaction in 15 minutes.  Delivery was on time.  Then a couple months later after reading the maual and googling to see if there was a recall or other people had the same problem, I called Donkers service to discuss that my softener empties at the bottom of the tub AFTER the machine has finished and all the water has drained.  The service person (man) said, "Don't use softener".  What??????? BTW, I use 1/2 softener and 1/2 white vinegar in my rinse cycle and only 1/2 of recommended  amount.  Glad there are other places to buy appliances.  Customer service is definitely a thing of the past at this place.  Sad.

I do not recommend buying used appliances at this store. In a pinch, I purchased a used washer in Oct 2018. I was skeptical, but an older gentleman was very nice and assured me that they go through the machines and thoroughly clean them and replace parts.
After receiving the item, I noticed there was a terrible smell. After investigation, I found the agitator was filthy (and who knows what else). I have never seen a washing machine that disgusting in my life (not even 20-year-old ones). I included pictures of when I investigated the agitator a day after delivery.

Also, the delivery guys forgot their tools and hand tightened everything and told me it was good. I trusted they would know, but the drain popped out a day later, and dirty water got everywhere. Two days later, the water connections leaked, and I had a "flood."
In the future, I would buy a new Speed Queen from them since they are the only dealer around, but never again a used appliance from them.

First off I have to say that I am surprised by the negative reviews for speed queen you can find on the internet!  So glad I didn’t listen!  The washer was pricier than other brands, but rock solid so far.  And yes, it can be noisy when the pump kicks in....  it’s a washer! It’s gonna be a little noisy.  That being said, my last 2 washers were much noisier, and didn’t self balance the way this one does.  So there’s my pitch for the machine, now for the store...  they were all wonderful and so knowledgeable about their products.  The sales gal told me so much about the everyday function, and the delivery guys told me more about the practical setup and made me realize I actually caused my last machine’s failure!!  The other store didn’t give me any real helpful information, but did try to get me to upscale my purchase by a few hundred dollars.  The delivery/service/guys even made 2 trips to help me make sure it was setup correctly and hoses were how they needed to be.  10 stars 🌟 if I could

Wish I could've given 5 stars, as the employee's are wonderful. However, we were given a delivery time frame of 10 am to 12 pm a few days before a washer was suppose to be delivered. We called around 10 am the day of to see if we could get a more precise delivery time and were told within the next 45 mins. No luck. We called again around 11:45 am and were informed that a delivery truck unexpectedly came and needed to be unloaded, but they would send someone asap. It would've been nice to have some type of communication that they were going to be delayed. Our washer was delivered at 12:13 pm.

Didn't arrive the day they were scheduled to because they were having a "bad day".  The next day it took them 2 1/2 hrs.  To take out old refrigerator and put in the new one.  THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING!!  They put there tools and gloves inside the freezer of our new refrigerator!  GROSS!  100% HORRIBLE!  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Bought a Speed Queen dryer from them on a Saturday and had it delivered and installed on the following Wednesday. They were very helpful and happy to talk about the product even though we didn't realize they were closing soon.

Was told not to go to donker’s. Glad I didn’t listen. They were very helpful getting the fridge I wanted in the size I needed. They gave us a loaner fridge too. Free delivery and pickup of our old one

Everybody is saying how friendly they are but I beg to differ. A woman named Bev answered the phone (unless there was another woman working as well) today and was extremely rude to my husband on the phone. Maybe she was having a bad day. Won't be using them at all.

Im sorry you feel this way. Our customer service is very good and if Bev came out to be rude, she may have been very busy with customers on the floor and the phones ringing, I'm sorry but if you would not like to come here for anything that is of course your choice.
