Their selection and prices on tools terrific. I purchased a small rotary tool elsewhere once and immediately regretted it when I saw the selection and prices at Ace were much better. Great stock on hand from paint, plumbing, or yardwork equipment and parts.
They seem to have whatever I need and staff are very pleasant and helpful.

GREAT SERVICE!!!!
I needed 3 small pieces of glass cut on a Saturday afternoon so I could
finish my window restoration. They told me that they were very busy but
would try their best. To my surprise I got a call about 4pm that my order
was ready! Now I can get it done this weekend.

Usually have what you want, or can order it.
Staff is not very friendly, however.  Factual, willing to do their job, but never apologetic if something's not right. No "Oh sorry, I made a mistake" or "Sorry we are not carrying that anymore..."
Except for the older gentleman, who is truly a gentleman.

Great service and well staffed. Convenient and has an incredible selection of nuts, bolts, and hardware. Regular prices sometimes seem high, but there are also really good deals too. The glass/window repair is very reasonable. I think the Ace brand furnace filters are good quality for the price point (especially on sale). I'm glad to have this store in town.

Help is always nearby.  I don't have to wander all over looking for someone to answer my questions.
