Done with Pride Plumbing responded to my plumbing needs very quickly! I called later in the evening on a weekday and while other plumbing companies were saying they could come within 3 days only, Done with Pride came out that very next morning. I was their first appointment of that day and the plumbers were right on time at 8:00AM! They were prepared with all the equipment needed to do the replacement of my water heater and even did the work in the time frame the service manger quoted me. I am highly impressed with this company and would recommend them to my family and friends instantly. I called Done With Pride Plumbing when I needed my ejector pump changed. Very professional, friendly, and flexible! They made sure to make a good use of my time, and were cost effective too. Will definitely be using these guys again when needed!

I will HIGHLY recommend Done With Pride. They came, fixed a ceiling leak while only cutting necessary drywall, and even asked if it was okay to make additional cuts to understand the problem better. Elliot was amazing; he was always available, helpful, flexible and highly professional. Mike was assigned to us and he did amazing work. Done with Pride came out to my house and fixed a leaking pipe that was an emergency leak and caused water damage to my ceiling. Their technician arrived quickly and took care of the problem without any issues. I am also very happy that the price of the repair was very reasonable, and additionally they had over the top customer service.

Done With Pride stands up to their name. Needing emergency service over Memorial Day weekend we found them to be immediately responsive. The price was fair and all their workers take care of your property as if their own. They didn't give up until all issues were addressed. This is a First Class operation.

After this recent flash flood that we had, I found Done With Pride through a friend, at first I was scared they were going to come and charge through the roof... considering it was an emergency.. but I am safe to say that even in an emergency situation, they did not steal my money and did not over exaggerate what happened. They came, replaced my sump pump, and left without hurting my pocket. I really did feel the "family owned and operated" part of the job.

Done With Pride Plumbing replaced my sump pump. They were very nice and affordable. They were in and out and did a very clean job. I haven't had any problems since!

I'd worked with this company briefly due to a plumbing issue. The claim was process through my warranty company and a technician came out. During the visit we were informed that they would need to use a camera to identify the issue and would contact the warranty company approval. After 2 weeks and no contact I called Done with Pride advised that I would pay the additional fee for the camera. At that time I was told that camera was broken because it has been some time since the claim. My main issue the they cashed the check without resolving issue. When i asked them if the deductible should be the same as a consultation and the manager " danced" around the question saying " that deductible vary" which was not my question. I again asked if the deductible should have been so much if nothing was done. Again, no "real" answer. I think asked what should i do and his response " you can go with another vendor because I don't know when the camera would be fixed". Why would you cash the deductible check without calling me to advise that camera was authorized?  His response was it was his responsibility to call me. so basically you got an easy $100 bucks and you can wash your hands of the situation. UNACCEPTABLE! If for no other reason besides providing great customer service and call should have been made. I have since been able to get another vendor to help with this problem but i feel that this should be known about the company. Also, i failed to mention that at the beginning of the conversation no greeting was giving. When i started off the conversation with " Hello, how are you today" the manager "jumped" into the issue which further makes me feel like this is not a company I will ever do business.
I wish I didn't have to give the company any stars.

Prompt response, excellent investigation and plumbing work peeformed, 10/2017.  Very respectful technicians and they clean up when the work is completed. Also received a follow-up to the work.  Our main sewer line runs smooth, no more back ups and no more loud thumping sounds from the sump pump.
