  I had to replace the Spigot in my backyard, which was leaking This also involved opening the dry-wall in the basement to replace the pipe. I checked around with a few different plumbing companies and this company had the best reviews, so I called. The receptionist was friendly and patient and she was able to transfer me to a manager who was able to quote me a price for the work (other companies I called would not quote price until they came, which would then leave me with a fee if i did not do the work that day). Capps pricing was better than a competitor ,so I went with them based on pricing, and the professionalism and responsiveness of the people I spoke to. They sent a plumber next day to do the work. The person who came (Michael) was prompt, (I was called 30 minutes prior to his arrival). He explained everything, answered all my questions, was very professional and pleasant and worked quickly to resolve the problem. Everything seems to be working fine now - The work comes with a 1 year warranty so peace of mind of there are any issues. I would highly recommend based on my experience.

  Capps is wonderful! A few weeks ago a pipe was broke (sewage line) in my condo building- it was outside on my neighbors patio. I called our association and Capps came out to detect where the issue was. Sean ( very polite and explained what he was doing to myself and my adjoining neighbors that this affected)was the person on site for the first half and then they had to have a crew come out and dig the patio up to replace the collapsed pipe. They are always there to take care of the issue and communicate with the management company and the homeowner. They have also replaced some faucets for me as well and I recommend them whole heartedly as they do great work, are on time, very polite and informative .

  Capps does amazing work and is so professional. Sean was our tech and he gave me details of what they were fixing and why. He was upfront with the repairs and cost. He put my mind at ease knowing he was going to fix the problem and make sure it is fixed for the future as well. We couldn’t imagine using anyone else for our plumping and drain needs.
