Worst contractor ever. Incompetent too. My service request was transferred to them for a water heater repair. Its been 16 days they cannot manage a simple gas regulator. They keep changing service appointment and i my family is living a measurable life without any hot water in the middle of dead cold weather. I do not wish anybody go through same experience. They are the worst! Be careful of discount contractor.

From the initial phone call from Alexis, who coordinated my time frame based on my hectic schedule, to the service from Dillon, who was just a pleasure to dela with, DC, LLC has earned my respect. Alexis worked hard to ensure I was able to be early in the morning and kept her word from the week before that they would call ahead to ensure the time slot still worked for me. Dillon called when he was 15 mins out, came and was done within 15 minutes start to finish. What was minor for him kept our toilet out of commission for weeks! Thank you for working quickly and for taking my safety seriously by wearing your mask in my home. He even gave my nosey pitbull some love at the end of the visit which was so heartwarming and cool. While I'm not a fan at all of AHS, I am so pleased this service call went so smoothly and for their partnership with AHS. Start to finish; well done!! update 11/5/21 I had two additional toilets serviced today and Alexis again took care of scheduling me like a pro. I was lucky and got Dillion again and I can't explain what an amazing young man he is, but he just is!! I will use this company for any plumbing needs even after I break up w AHS!

We used this company for a property we are renting. The office staff is friend and professional. And the men who came to the house to install a hot water heater were very professional and showed up on time. Highly recommend this company
