  The company was sent out to our property by a home warranty company to look at a leaking toilet. The "technician" picked up some pieces, and put them back down. He said the pieces were put in wrong by someone else, and left. Obviously, this didn't fix the issue. Because of this, the home warranty company denied my claim, and I'm out $100. I called them to address they issue, and they, in short order, told me to pay $300 if I wanted my toilet actually fixed, which I highly doubt their ability to do in the first place. Basically, they said "Get F#$%ed." I'm currently in the process of filing complains with the warranty company, and hopefully a different - competent - plumber can take care of my issue. If you have a warranty company that sends these clowns out - DO NOT PAY THE DEDUCTIBLE UNTIL YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED.

  Unless you want a reoccurring problem with plumbing. I suggest you not go with City Wide. My wife and I had a blocked drain and leak from our upstairs bathroom in which flooded our basement and we called our warranty company immediately to fix the problem. Not only did they not fix the problem, they didn't have the necessary tools to complete the issue. One gentleman came out the first day and said that he was unable to unclog the drain and that he would have to get someone out to the house with a device to "snake out" the drain. The next day, another gentleman came out and said that they didn't have the tools in order to unclog the drain and that they needed to call back our warranty company to hire someone else for the clog, but they could fix the leak underneath the bath tub. The gentlemen took approximately 5 minutes with the leak and said "you're all good," and to wait around 4 hours to take another shower to let some silicon dry. We waited till the next morning to find out that the leak was still present. We called back and they stated that there was a company meeting on Friday and that the only time they could come was on Saturday. A company called "The Plumbing Crew" came out and flushed out our drainage system in 3 hours and stated that the pipes should be changed out but because we had City Wide assigned to our work order we had to use them. City Wide then came out on Saturday and cut out some of the pipes and replaced them with newer ones and 2 days later the leak is still ongoing. We have called City Wide back and this will be the 5th time they have returned to our house. Good Luck if you so choose to use them.

  Warranty company sent them to repair our toilet which won't stop running. I had purchased the parts, and started the work, i.e., removed two of three bolts, the third of which was unable to be removed. Yeah, I unknowingly broke the rules. But, this guy's attitude, his lack of empathy for the fact I had to leave the toilet due to a recurrence of cancer. He starts telling me his unrelated problems, and then refused to do the work unless I paid him $200 under the table instead of the $95 service fee.
