  After visiting with Josh from Direct Air (who installed my HVAC) I asked him if he knew a reliable, reasonably priced plumber. Turns out they also do plumbing. Marcus the plumber came out and replaced the closet flange that was leaking, however there was another issue with the toilet tank and the toilet needed to be replaced. I asked him if he would come back out after I purchased a new toilet, he agreed and didn’t even ask to be paid that day. I purchased the new toilet and called the office to schedule the appointment. It was about 5:05pm (didn’t realize it was after 5) when I called. Brittany politely answered the phone and after telling her what I needed she said, give me just a minute to log into the scheduler and the appointment was set. Marcus and his assist came right out and completed the job in no time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and cleaned up any mess that the project created. I would highly recommend Direct Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

  Recently had to have some work done and I must say that I was very impressed by Josh and his crew. They were very professional and fast. Josh treated me like family instead of like a payday like some businesses. I would highly recommend Direct Plumbing LLC!!
