  I've been using Arthur's for years and I have only had terrific experiences with them. They perform yearly maintenance on my AC and Heating units and they've also diagnosed and repaired refrigerant leaks for me on both of my units. Recently I also had them move a condenser unit for us and their work looked professional and seamless. Each of the techs that I've worked with have been extremely friendly and helpful. I'm a very curious person so I ask many questions and they are always happy to answer and explain exactly what they are doing and talk through their process. They provide reliable, friendly, consistent service, and their yearly maintenance contracts are a good deal if you want to ensure that your units remain healthy and last.

  Called Aurthur’s on Monday and spoke with Joe who is incredibly helpful and he scheduled Korey come out the next day. He arrived promptly at 8:00 and started checking out our unit. Korey was incredibly thorough and not only didn’t mind walking me through what he was doing but encouraged me to hang around so that I could understand what the issue might be. He checked the system multiple times to make sure that the air was heating and did a great job. He noticed some other issues and I absolutely didn’t feel like Korey was trying to up sell me anything but is such a seasoned vet at his job he noticed the problem. Will be using Arthur’s again and specifically Korey for all my future HVAC needs!

  This was my first time with Arthur’s AC & Heating and I will definitely go to them anytime I have an issue! I dealt with Kory - he was professional, time efficient and knew exactly what he was talking about! I admire this company & it’s staff because they went the extra mile to make sure everything was functioning properly, not just what they came in to fix! Thank you for a great experience!
