  I have to call Diligent Plumbing for what I thought was a leaky toilet. It turned out that it was still good. I am so pleased with Diligent Plumbing’s honesty and reliability. He wouldn’t rip you off just for him to get the job. He will explain to you what’s going on with your toilet and give you advice on what you can do. I highly recommend you call his business for any plumbing problems you may have. I’m glad I did not hesitate to call him. Thank you very much.

  Vitaliy from Diligent Plumbing was awesome to work with. We called because we had a pipe break under our sink. He came in, was super friendly, gave us three separate options and explained the costs, what would be involved, and how good each option would be to fix the overall problem. We ended up going big and having them replace the entire sink and faucet and we let them do everything. Within a week and a half, they ordered the sink/faucet and were here to install it. No problems, no fuss, just great service. If I have any issues that require a plumber in the future, I know who I'll call.

  So I have been having a lot of trouble finding good plumbers. And I had multiple leaks under my bathroom sink. My faucet was decaying and had to be replaced as well. So after struggling so hard to find a good plumber I finally did it myself. Although it was difficult to install the faucet I still had a few problems that I could not quite figure out. Although I did not throw anything away from the sewage pipe, it wouldn’t fit. The pipes were too large and too short and they were leaking. So I struggled to find a plumber that would actually come out the day of, so that I would have the system all working by the time my friend and child arrived later in the night. And hopefully one that would actually be competent, which is very hard to find. Well I happened to call this service and explain the problem. Just like the others he said he could not show up until possibly next week. However using FaceTime I showed him what was wrong and he told me exactly how to fix it at my own home. And then sent me a text of the items I needed to fix it. A few hours later I had my bathroom fully up and running because of his brilliance and kindness. Eventually my cold water inlet will need to be replaced but it doesn’t have to be done right now and I guarantee you he is the one I am calling to replace it for me. The guy that I talk to was absolutely wonderful and I would definitely suggest using them.
