  Grant and Travis were first rate. We had to have our annual maintenance done on our 1 year old Tankless water heater (which Sky also installed). They were careful with my home, careful with my equipment, respectful and made zero mess. Both men were Knowledgeable, friendly and smiling. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit which is not something I would normally associate with maintenance or repair. I look forward to next year’s annual maintenance.

  I called Sky last week to make an appointment for an estimate. The appointment was confirmed and I was given a 3 hour window of time. I cleared my schedule and made sure I would be available. The appointment was to discuss venting a hood range through my roof, installing AC throughout my home, and getting a fan installed in a bathroom. I shared all of this information in the initial call. I called at 9:54 this morning, the morning of the appointment, and was informed that my appointment had been canceled due to them not working on hood ranges. I had only called to ask if they could give me a better idea of when they would be arriving in the 3 hour window. I explained that I was frustrated that the appointment had been canceled without any form of notification. The receptionist transfer me to their sales team. The sales team reported that they had called me and that they were sorry they weren't able to reach me with enough time. I explained that I had no missed calls or voicemails. He verified my phone number and address both of which he had correctly. I explained that the hood vent was only one piece of the work I needed done. He immediately offered to get me in touch with someone else to discuss planning around the AC and bathroom fan. I explained that I would not be working with them based on this entire interaction. I was very excited to work with a woman owned business that came highly recommended. Them not valuing my time and claiming to have called when they didn't doesn't set a great precedent for a expensive and extensive job.

  Im sorry for your frustrations, due to labor shortages we have often had to rely on a third party call center to be able to handle the incoming phone calls and they have often said we do work we do not handle. We have brought this to their attention and our teams attention so we can catch this sooner.

  Mico was very efficient and thorough. He was very pleasant to work with and took the time to analyze how to install the a/c system to work best in my home. My decision to go with another company was price motivated. I also do not appreciate companies who give me a deadline to choose them for a discount on services.

We understand the time frames, and our industry, along with many others has been having monthly price increases compared to once a year so we always want to let clients know that we can only hold pricing for a short period of time as we have no control over the manufacturer pricing.
