  Quick to respond and find a resolution for me in the most cost effective manner. Worked well with warranty work. He was very quick to order the parts and to get them installed for me. I appreciate this kind of customer service very much. My bill was very reasonable and I absolutely loved the fact that the invoice was messaged to me and I could pay it right then. Thumbs up!!!

  It was the most pleasant experience dealing with him. Was very professional and pleasant to talk with. Installed my kitchen sink and faucet. Fixed a leak in the basement and helped with a shower problem. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Would definitely use again

  Derek was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly when at my home adding a supply line for an ice maker. He was responsive and followed through with his planned site visit. I just received my invoice and it was a very fair price. I would highly recommend.
