  They showed up same day to replace a kitchen faucet that broke! Excellent professional service! The faucet I bought turned out to be a defective faucet 13 days later. I had used it a few days gone on vacation came home used it a day and the faucet not a cheap one quit providing cold water. I called Dependable Plumbing I picked up another type of faucet just in case. They found the faucet defective and replaced the faucet they had put in for us 13 days before. They didn't charge us for replacing the faucet. I was totally willing to pay them but so thankful to them for their quick service, professionalism, kindness, and we will be using them again when necessary and recommend them to friends!

  I called Dependable Plumbing at 8:00 this morning and they were here at 10:30 I only got the name of one Austin Dockery and let me tell you he is very professional, respectful and knows his stuff I highly recommend Dependable plumbing and most definitely highly recommend Austin Excellent service!!!   Horrible experience; will never use again. We first used this company when we moved to Ellijay in 2014. At that time we were pleased with them as no immediate problems. Then we used them on the16th June of 2021. We had called them and they came out in a timely manner. We were having problems with the toilet flushing and in addition slow draining in the shower of our master bath. The repair person worked on the problem and charged us $389.00; saying he had cleared the clog by cutting out a section of the pipe and replacing it where it was clogged. A couple of months went by, things seemed better, then on the weekend of August 28th and 29th, the toilet began to flush really slowly and we could tell things were acting up again. I took a shower and it drained very slowly. A while later I discovered the oak floor in my guest bath was covered with water. Turns out the shower water had come up in the other room I called Dependable on Sunday leaving a voice message saying things were backing up and we had paid them almost 400.00 less than three months ago to fix it, and I hoped they would fix what they had failed to do before. No response. I called a friend and she gave me the name of another plumbing company, I had never used before. They returned my call within a few minutes and I explained the situation. They said the previous plumber should guarantee the work and come out but I said they were not calling and asked these people to help. Turns out Dependable had solved one clog but there was another further on down the line. We have a six month guarantee with the new plumber and I feel confident they will follow through. So, I paid twice and my wood floor in the half bath is warped and I will be paying the repairs. I never did receive a call back from dependable and will not be using them again. I hope they do not try to deny this as I have the phone records to prove my attempts to reach them Sunday.
