  The two Young men that came out were very good. They were done in 90 minutes. Very polite, professional and got the job done.

  They over charge, had three men to put in one out door water fosit . 30 min job, 20of of the minutes were waiting for the glue to dry. Did not put my 12' latter back where they got it. There were three men and the bill was $265.00. Never again.

  Impossible to get in touch with. They claim they often don’t have a phone signal which would be fine except they never empty their voice mail so you can’t leave a message for them to get back you. After waiting three weeks waiting for them to show up and trying to get in touch with them, they finally answered the phone. The said the person handling our file was no longer with them and they had lost our details. We arranged for them to come the following week with a list for them to complete. They didn’t do anything. I called and was told that we didn’t have a certain part for our hot water heater and the shower surround wasn’t complete. The shower surround wasn’t complete because they had not properly installed the tub on a previous visit which was on their list to complete. They didn’t do anything else on the list which had nothing to do with the shower or water heater. I was beyond frustrated at this point but kept my voice calm until I was rudely told that I needed to be nice and polite if I wanted to continue and obviously I had never owned a business. Worst customer service I have ever received. 0/10 would never do again.
