Derrick and his co-worker did an AMAZING job on my mechanical sewer! They were able to come out a day ahead of schedule and had great communication. They took the time to explain the problem and repair options. I will definitely use them again!

Simply put, exceptional service! After having repeated plumbing issues, a call to Dependable plumbing was in in order. Derrick presented us with a great deal of information and options. My wife and I both felt he was very straightforward, honest and trustworthy, and most certainly proved to be. I had complete trust in Derrick and his team during the entire process where he exceeded my expectations relative to timely repairs, the level of expected quality, and most importantly to me, keeping cost control in check. Fit me in their schedule quickly and came back out twice when I called after service without any issue. The repair person was courteous and friendly. The job was reliable also because I haven't had an issue since. Price was also reasonable.
