  My pilot light went out in December right before Christmas. I called Lanier and they sent out a tech. He relit it and explained that it is an old heater and if it goes out again it would have to replaced. There was no charge that day and they sent an estimate on full replacement. The unit went out last week, I called Lanier and they put me on a schedule. Tuesday they installed a new one. They had called on an earlier date but I was not available. While here he also replaced a gasket on a faucet. Every part of the experience was great! Would recommend this company!

  I have used Lanier Plumbing on multiple occasions over the past few years. They have installed a new hot water heater, a new kitchen faucet that was rusted up and recently a broken sewage inlet pipe that was backing up water into my home. They always do a good job and work to get you taken care of as quickly as possible. My recent experience with the broken pipe was excellent. The two workers were punctual, knowledgeable , excellent communication and did a great job. Even my yard ,after having to dig it up, looked like they had barely been there. They may not be the cheapest option out there, but I think their prices are fair and as the old adage goes..."You get what you pay for" Give them a call if you want to make sure the job is done correctly.

  Excellent and friendly service. Clean. They 100% care about keeping your business and charging fair prices. They did a great job installing my water filter to keep my tankless water heater from getting clogged. In the same visit, they were also able to fix two smaller plumbing jobs, but still charged me the same price as the installation. They remember your name and your house. Well worth what you pay!
