  I’ve been a customer for years! It is truly their family helping our family. Just had our kitchen faucet replaced and Kyle did an amazing job! Friendly, on time, knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling was easy with Judy. I highly recommend DeLong Plumbing!

  I rent from my father. We had a plumbing issue and he said find someone so I started calling around as you do. Literally everyone I spoke to needed my father's permission to do the work but worked with me. Even calling him. When I called this lovely company I got he's gonna have to call and make the request... . CLICK. Rude and condescending. Would not recommend. We went with a company that wanted our business

  Mary I'm sorry that your experience was not better with our answering service. We do have to have the property owners permission to work on their property. Our office staff works hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately our after hours is a separate company that we will be addressing this issue with. I hope that you found someone to fix your problem. If not please have him call and ask for me John and we will treat you right.

  I live with two other roommates, one of which has a newborn baby. They came to our front door, and proceeded to bang on the door and try to open the door by messing with the doorknob. We never called them to have them fix anything, they just showed up. They eventually went out to their truck, called someone, and suddenly had gotten into our basement, again without informing us of what they were doing. My roommates went downstairs after talking to our landlord, who also didn't know what was going on, and said they weren't informed that they were coming. The response they got from one of the employees was "Well maybe you should've answered the door." Again, they were just banging on the door and messing with our doorknob trying to get into our house. My roommate didn't feel safe enough to open the door or see who was there due to the violent banging and the fact that they never identified themselves. I would give them zero stars if possible.

  Kaylee I am so sorry for your Bad experience with our company. With it being a rental I am not able to look up who was at your home.
