  Dalton and team were able to schedule pretty quickly and they did a fantastic job. My water main had busted and was leaking 40000+ gallons a month. They new exactly how to fix the issue and found the culprit. Save me money and conserve water. Great communication and great service!

  Wonderful service. They came out and gave a very good price for the short term repair (ended up being roots in the pipe) and explained what the long term fixes would entail (tying some lines together etc) and the cost for each item. Cost and work were all reasonable. Out home has for some old 1960s pipes so there were several options for improving the situation. On time, professional, and cleaned everything as though he had never even been there. He even came out when it was freezing rain one of the days. It's not often that you get great service and a good price. I'm very impressed with Benjamin Franklin plumbing and will use them again if future issues arise in my home.

  They installed a new furnace and water heater last year, and we were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism, as well as prompt service. As a part of the warranty they just came out to inspect both systems, found a couple problems, one they were able to fix, and the other problems were a matter of educating us, which they kindly did. Chase even got under the house into our less than inviting crawl space to inspect all of our plumbing for leaks, etc. would definitely recommend
