Been going here all my life. They've only gotten better. Nearly have everything you need. Best store around and the best customer service.

My parents have  been going here for a long time.  Everyone  is very  friendly and helpful.  I always come  here when I need food for my fussy cat.

Best place to get summer plants and flowers. They always have a great selection! I also get a lot of stuff for my pets. They are always very helpful and will actually walk over to help you find something when you ask, they never stand there and point and say " Over there In isle 4" great all around...

This place is very challenging! specially for a truck with a 53ft trailer, there is a low clearance bridge (12.2 feet tall) and 2 ways to come to the place but only U can make it from 1 of them, on top of that roads are steep/narrow & there are only a few places where U can turn around, for a truck driver heading to this place this is level 10 out of 10 of difficulty, only experienced drivers can go through this place NOT A ROOKIE! so enter @ your own risk & B very alert! Once you spot the store I recommend to enter the place in reverse to get out easy or U gonna have to get out from this place in reverse! U cannot turn around @ their parking lot (too small) & 2 top it off this business is very busy buzzing with customers! Call ahead so they can expect you & be ready 4 U also call to ask 4 directions if it is your 1st time so you don't enter from the wrong entrance or you gonna have the low clearance bridge surprise special! Depending from where U coming GPS will tell you to enter from highway 17B and make a L on creamery Rd, this is not the right way! U must come from Highway 97 & take Starks Ln (Note: U will see a low bridge sign that says 12.2 bridge) right when you enter Starks Ln but don't fear! True Value is B4 the bridge! once U R in Starks Ln make a left on Viaduct Rd & follow it around, True Value will B on your Left. once U R done with delivery return the same way you came! do not follow your GPS directions that will try to put you on Highway 17b!

I always enjoy going here. Very helpful staff that will spend as much time as it takes to help you find what you need. I have been shopping here since I was a child and still see many of the same faces which shows you just how friendly an atmosphere it is by keeping employees for so long. If the store wasn’t so cramped and full of product I would have given it 5 stars. Would love to see them rearrange the store and reduce some of the product. I prefer to shop here and support my local economy I don’t go to corporate bigmart or housedepot if I don’t have to

This place has (almost) literally everything! From hardware, to outdoors clothing, to pet supplies, and plants.  The staff is fantastic and helpful.  Truly a one stop shop.
