Everyone at the company is Awesome!!! From the ones answering the phone to the great guys coming out. Robbie who came out to our house was so nice and sweet to our puppies. He knew what was wrong and was able to fix it that day. He had the parts on the truck. I will reccomend them to everyone and I will use them forever.

Nick, Derek, and Alex did an excellent job with my install. We were so happy with how quick of a response we got from them. We called on a Friday they had someone call us back very shortly and had a an estimate in our hands and proceeded with the project. They were able to relocate our main unit to give us so much more head room in our basement. They did a superb job and will recommend them to anyone.

Wynette, Melissa and the service technicians took such good care of me. I was very impressed that the service tech called and talked me through the issue that he found. Honest, dependable companies are hard to find these days. These folks are it! We contacted Deeck Mechanical in June 2020, six months after purchasing our home.  Knowing that we had a system that was 14 years old, we knew that we would replace the system within a few years.  In June 2020, Chris, the service technician dispatched for our issue, took the time to explain thoroughly every detail of the repair, which was extremely reasonable.  Because of this company's outstanding service and integrity, we contacted them in April 2021 to install our new system.  Everyone at this company is a 5-star employee.  We especially like the fact that Chris was again the technician who responded to our service call.  Jeremy, the company representative, came to our home and discussed all details of the installation.  Cody and Alex, the installers were prompt and worked in a most efficient manner, to get our system installed.  And, Wyannette, in the office is friendly and knowledgeable.  We are so pleased with Deeck Mechnical and will always call on them!

Andy provided outstanding  customer service. He answered my call and  immediately sent a technician out to my house to diagnose my A/C . The technician knew exactly what the problem was and addressed it so that we did not have to suffer without an air conditioner. We will continue to use Andy and this company for all of our air conditioning needs. Highly recommend Deeck Mechanical Inc.

Came out within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday morning. Fixed within 20 minutes. Very pleased. I am definitely recommending them.

I've used these guys twice now and they are amazing! Flat out the best company we have worked with since buying on Lake Tillery. Dalton fixed my heat in January and today Roy fixed my AC! These guys just do excellent work, they do not try to upsell you or push you to buy a new unit.

Where to start.  I had Gary Deeck come out and give me a quote on a new HVAC system for my home.  I had 2 units one a heat pump 12 yrs old and 1 true AC unit 22yrs old.  The 12yr one died.  I've had the Nexia Trane system now for almost 3 months, and my bill has been cut in HALF from the same period last year.  The other thing is 72 degrees with the old system was a lot warmer than 72 degrees with this system.  I've come to realize the humidity in the house plays a big role.

I have used Deeck Mechanical several times over the last 13-14yrs that I have lived in Stanly county.  I won't use anyone else.

The guys working for him are terrific.  They don't track in dirt, they explain things in easy to understand ways and they will do everything they can to help you save money.  The office staff has always been so nice whether in person or on the phone.  They also will work with you to find the right system at the best price for you to afford.  And if for some reason you can't afford it then, they will try to work with you so you can.  They did this for me several yrs ago when my furnace went out and had to be replaced.  I was out of work, with a 2.5yrs old little boy and a single mom with only unemployment for income.  They showed me what a "village" really is and showed me not every company is out to get everything they can out of you.  I will never forget that.

I will gladly recommend them for any of your HVAC or Electrical needs.

Dalton quickly diagnosed the issue on his initial visit, and was able to provide a means to keep my heat pump unit running safely until repairs could be made. The necessary part was quoted and ordered, and he completed the repair successfully, great experience, I would highly recommend.
