  Here to sing the praises of Joe & Eric at David Hicks Plumbing today!! There were several tiny plumbing issues that I thought would take them a couple hours to repair but they got it all fixed much faster! Sure saved me missing extra work over my lunch hour and is much appreciated. They were both very knowledgeable and professional technicians. Super nice guys too. As far as I'm concerned they are the A-Team to go to!! I highly recommend them!

  A plumber from this company was doing work two townhomes down from me. They entered my property without consent and turned off the water line to my home, when they actually needed to turn off the main water line to all the townhomes (located on the street). In the process, they broke my valve and left without informing me that they had done anything. I only know they were here because I caught them on my doorbell cam. (Keep in mind I did not hire these people or ask them to do anything to my home.) When I came home, my water was not working. It was a Friday around 5 p.m. and the original plumber had already gone for the day. Regardless, it was not urgent for them to fix my water when I was having an event at my home at 7. I’m not sure whether to sue or press charges. Either way, I would not recommend this company.

  I am the owner and it would have been helpful to call me and let me know about this. I sincerely apologize for the problems if we made a mistake, I want to make it right. It is very unprofessional to make accusations and posting it without first contacting the company in question. I am David Hicks and I am at my office every morning as I have been for the past 50 years.

  David Hicks Plumbing are performing an excellent re-plumbing job at our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Technician Perez arrives on time, very polite and considerate, keeps in touch if materials delayed - excellent. Company give a fair quote and stick to the price until the job is complete to customer satisfaction, without any fuss. Highly recommended.
