Pictures are attached. Does the unit function? Yes. But, if details matter, then I would say run. The decibel reading is for my condensing unit, 24ACC436A003, which Carrier claims as low as 72. Really to bad, because David Gray was great to use for Plumbing and Electrical.

Jose and his team with David Gray heating and air were very prompt, friendly, and professional. I have twin toddlers and although they are rowdy and rambunctious the crew seemed to enjoy their presence as we swapped stories of family fun events/attractions to attend locally, while they installed our new AC unit in my home yesterday. If you’re in the market for a new unit or any repairs I highly suggest David Gray and request Jose as your serviceman!! He’s very informative and knowledgeable!!

Jose & Bryan showed up on time, were very respectful, and did a great job installing our new AC. They explained to us everything that they did and how to work the new thermostat. They also made sure to clean up their work space (sweeping up the floor) before they left which was really nice! 10/10 service! (: Thank you Jose & Bryan!
