I am a real customer of David Gray Plumbing and Electrical. I called David Gray Electrical for the installation of a recirculating over the stove vent. I would like to say everything went well. It did not. That is the best part of this review. No job involving people will ever go absolutely perfect; even when the job is a simple in and out, one time perfect. There is still something that can be found wrong. My job was simple, and a few things did in fact go wrong. I am glad to say that I am very pleased with the professional appreciation given to me by the entire team at David Gray. After the completion of my project, I expressed my concerns and to my surprise I was met with customer humility and appreciation; yes, even to the point of the company saying to me “Yes, we can and will take care of you, our customer.” They did to my surprise; they sent me a refund check for some of the installation cost. That folks, is something that is missing in American Businesses Today. Fairness, curiosity and kindness and true professionalism. I would recommend David Gray for their true character came out under pressure, and it is a company made of good character. By the way may new range and vent looks great! Rev. Dr. C. G. David Gray Electrical Services provided quality and Peace of Mind that allowed my family and I to sleep better at night knowing the services performed were completed with precision, diligence, and care for my family and my home. I will consider David Gray as part of the family from now on as we will not be using anyone else. When the Electrician presented the price, at first I thought it was expensive. After I made the decision to do the work, I then experienced firsthand the level of expertise and the dedication to remain vigilant to my family's Safety. Thank you David Gray Electrical!!!

Called to get an estimate to install a line so i can put a fan or light in a room. They wanted to charge $89 to come out for estimate, cannot give any kind of ballpark on phone AND said if i choose to do the work, depending on the installer, they “may” apply the $89 to the job. So basically they can come out, quote a high price, keep the $89 and go to lunch. Ridiculous. I called a competitor who gave me their hourly rate and a low and higher end times based on level of difficulty before they came out and were wonderful to work with. What a horrible process at David Gray! Off the list.

We provide upfront pricing to all our customers, so you'll know exactly what investment you'll be making before we begin with any repairs. Much like a Co-pay at a Doctor's office, the service charge is meant to cover some of the costs associated with sending the tech to your home to diagnose the job. I'll have a manager contact you directly to further discuss our upfront pricing.
