  I tried calling to inquire about having my furnace serviced as I wanted to switch companies. The woman who answered the phone said they wouldn’t take over a furnace that another company had been servicing. I was told that they charge $90 an hour and he “doesn’t have time for that.” I don’t generally write reviews and certainly not negative ones but this interaction really struck me as negative. I don’t know if they are a bad company or just need someone else answering the phone. I called Maine Energy Inc and they were very nice and helpful.

  Had annual lp service work done, unit was running excellent. Lp tech calls me downstairs ignitor assembly electrodes were touching, unit would not function he said in this condition? tech took over 1 hour to get a part only 10 miles away.He sat in my driveway when he got back talking for over ten minutes on his cell phone on my time will I waited in garage. Asked answering service last Friday to leave message to halt delivery for now. Tanks were over 70% full. Last monday my girlfriend called me they picked up both lptanks without notice? Would not recommend.
