  I did not have the opportunity to use Troy Williams heating for my furnace emergency as he was too busy and I needed work right away. He did tell me to call him later in the day to check in if I did not find someone and he would come by and at least look at it for me. I ended up finding someone who was able to come this morning and from what little information I could relay to Troy he was right on with his assumption. The generosity and care he showed over just a phone call and the advice on he gave me to keep my house warm spoke volumes to me about these people and the company. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them as my yearly maintenance furnace company.

  Appreciate that call and being nice but essentially saying you can take care of us this week and then not showing up or responding doesn’t help our no heat. Of course we know everyone is busy and it’s that time of the year but no response and no communication doesn’t do justice. If you are looking for a service company don’t bother. They will not communicate properly after first call

  Matt never showed up nor called. Supposedly he told me that he was having health issues so I rescheduled but got the same results. Sad,because he seemed to be a personable man but that’s not good business practice.
