  We have used Curtis for multiple certifications for our new backflows. He always sends the paperwork to OUC without fail. He’s always on time and great with communication. We had him repair one of our buildings backflows. Called that morning, came by at 4:50pm and fixed the problem. Will continue to use and highly recommend.
