  We had a water leak at the commode. He fixed it and knew what he was doing. On time and reasonably priced. We've used Culpeppets several times and have been pleased each time. Good service.

  Absolutely the best. From the time I called, they were here in less than an hour, and told me right off the bat on the phone what the charge would be. They were great and Jason did a wonderful, fast job. Fantastic rates and quick, honest, reliable service.

  They left the kitchen faucet worse than it was when they came out finally (after standing me up for the first appointment). Now are telling me they are going to charge me for another visit for fixing something they made worse. They didn't tighten down the disposal so water went everywhere which I fixed myself, but the sink still leaks (worse than before) and shoots water out of the top of the faucet when you move the over tightened neck/stem which is a new issue. I recommend not using them as they do not stand behind their work and are uncommunicative - tell me they will call me back but do not.
