  Culligan Water has always changed out our tank located in our garage for 21 years now. There was a leaking problem with the supply lines and they responded immediately.. Other then that everything has run very good and we love our soft water. We can tell the difference in our washing of our clothes and dishes. The shower water is very good along with both toilets. It has definitely made a difference in cleaning all of faucets and the shower hardware. We will never change this service!

  Newer gold-colored softener has been reliable. Suggest strongly the customer be informed of the option of getting the better 10Y resin when a unit is sold; glad I have it. Like using the Culligan extra course salt because of the small size. Friendly office staff makes it a pleasure to stop in to pick up salt. Hope that Culligan will change the current gray-colored softener units back to a lighter, more appealing color.

  So far this ordeal has been an absolute nightmare. They sent out a third party to install the portable system and they did it wrong according to the ACTUAL Culligan guy. They sent out faulty parts as well. When things weren’t working properly, they sent out a guy who was absolutely clueless and he tried to blame the house. The install occurred on March 2nd and by the end of the following week we have hard water again. Are you kidding me?? I’m feeling scammed and ripped off. $400 to install this thing and for what? I have no idea what we’re paying for, but this tank only providing soft water for a week and a half is totally not acceptable.
