  Terrible customer service from the woman who answers the phone. Simply requested an in between delivery and getting serious attitude from her about it. Delivery drivers are always friendly and accommodating to our needs and requests never an issue. Suggestion Elta…If you can’t be nice during a simple request then find other employment.

  Called on a Sunday to leave a message for Mo day morning. I was immediately patched through to Jim! He made sure I was comfortable waiting until Monday for help. Even called back to make sure everything was alright a short time later. First thing Monday morning, I received a call scheduling a repair man to stop by. Fixed before noon! Absolutely would recommend CWGF to anyone! Amazing customer service! You can’t go wrong. Thank you Jim! Thank you Repair man! Thanks Culligan Water of Great Falls!
