I called Falls Mechanical when my heating stopped working. I called AFTER MIDNIGHT and they called me back at 0700 that morning and were at my house by 0800 that same day! Garrett fixed my problem quickly and even took the time to explain to me what exactly was going on. One of my parts was soon to expire, so they quickly ordered a new one and had no problem getting me in quickly to get that installed! Again Garrett quickly fixed the problem and explained everything! He was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely suggest this business to anyone having heating/cooling issues and definitely will use them again in the future if I have those issues! I called for their help servicing my tankless hot water heater. They were able to get me in quickly considering the time of year. The gentleman that came to service it was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the service and what it entailed. He was very professional.

Falls Mechanical did a great job fixing our furnace.  Garrett was on time, professional and did a great job explaining things.

Had Robert both times and both times he has been nothing but professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. Very reasonable as well. He fixed my furnace to work, where others told me you need a new one, period. The Falls team are an intelligent, caring group of guys who work FOR you💯%.

My son recommended Falls Mechanical after having some basic plumbing work done in his home this year and I am very happy he did.  Employee Brandon installed a water heater and replaced an outside hose bib and several supply line sink and toilet shut-off valves.   He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous.  Most importantly he did excellent work.  Should I have a need for a plumber in the future I will not hesitate to call Falls Mechanical again for help.

From start to finish, our experience with Falls Mechanical was exceptional. Our furnace began making a horrible noise early one morning when the temperature outside was -7 degrees. We called Falls Mechanical at 8:00. By 9:30 a knowledgeable, professional serviceman arrived. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. After calling to check if our required part was in stock, he left to pick it up and was back quickly. He expertly made the repairs and respectfully answered all our questions about what he was doing. By 10:45 we had heat and peace of mind again. We highly recommend Falls Mechanical and will certainly call them again for any future heating/ac/plumbing needs.

Had Dan come out and diagnose what was going on with our furnace. 23 year old furnace and 11 year old water heater. Vibrates, very loud, and the house never felt warm. Quoted me a very reasonable price with the furnace. Said I didn’t need a water heater for a few more years. The price was right and we decided to get them both installed anyway. They even hooked up my house humidifier and got it running again! They were honest and told me I did not need a high efficiency furnace for my size house. 80% efficiency was recommended and has made a huge difference. Thanks guys!

Best company ever. First time having to utilize their service. Lenox heater stopped working, called them in a panic because it is seriously cold outside, and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. Got the heater fixed right away (apparently we need to dust better because there was a lot of animal hair in the vent), gave excellent recommendations to keep this from happening in the future, and charged an extremely reasonable and low rate for a rush job. They left the home and family with happy warm smiles on their face. I would 100% recommend this company. You ROCK!!!

I've hired them to do work twice both times there was either a week or 3 week delay while they got parts. First time I paid the bill before they even invoiced me. The second time I got home after driving 12 hours to get here for the appointment for them to install the part. They installed the part and I told him I would get them paid as soon as I could, I started getting harassing phone calls almost everyday for the next two weeks during which time I was going to the doctor with chest pains and then had to go in for heart surgery during this time I still got harassing phone calls, my daughter called and communicated that I was in the hospital after surgery they lied and said they had not been calling even though I had the voice messages. This was at the very start of the pandemic and the medical bills have been astronomical. Just received a collection letter from a bill collector for the $270.I don't know if they're going out of business and are desperate for the money or what's going on with the harassment over a few hundred dollars. This is crazy considering the medical circumstances.

Love to park and just eat lunch down by the river. The restrooms are well maintained.
