  I have helped put in pex before, but I didn't want to make time to do it myself in my basement. So I called around, and Crown was highly recommended. But after the quote guy came, I decided to do it myself. He told me I didn't want soft water going to my kitchen sink, but couldn't give me a reason for that. Then he joked about me sitting when I get the quote(which I still haven't recieved after over a week) because it's going to be pricey! I don't know if being a 24 year old, single, female homeowner might have something to do with the way I was treated, but I wouldn't recommend them Update: over 2 weeks later, and still haven't heard anything from them. Maybe they forgot about my quote?

  Charged us excessively to install a new shower head. Had to be done in 3 visits because they didn't have the right part. Will never use it recommend them again.
