Not really good at working with you. Rented something that broke down and they only give back a small part of the rental or store credit. You hate to be that person but next time just run it till it blows up I guess at least I would have got my moneys worth. From a business standpoint I guess a full refund was the right thing to do now I'll never go back and another negative review but it is what it is people will still go there just read up on the contract so you don't get screwed. I would not recommend this place but can't tell anyone where to shop.

Sad place. My contractor ordered a machine that wouldn’t work. We went back into the office at around 11:30 am to see if another piece of equipment would work that was right. The First And incorrect machine delivered at 10:30 am. The machine that could work on their site was broken. Plus, they only had one... the broken unit. I called and asked the company to pick up the incorrect machine. The man behind the Counter told me they would, but would charge us for the Full Day. He told me my contractor ordered the wrong thing. The equipment never budged from where it set, although they knew at 11:30 am it would not work. They could have at least charged me for a half day considering they delivered it around 10:30 am and was told to pick it up immediately at 2:00 pm. These people are unhelpful, unfriendly, and have an issue with integrity.

I will never step foot in there again. Very unprofessional. After taking a day off work and driving two hours to the land we needed to clear out, the machine wouldn't work properly. It turned out the belt was dry rotted causing the problem. After all the inconveniences, I asked them if they could fix it and then we use it another day at no charge. They wouldn't agree to that. The guy at the counter then blamed us for "picking out the old, rickety piece of equipment." He said we should have used a new one that he had recommended. The reason we didn't go with his recommendation, was that it wouldn't cut the diameter of brush we needed it to do. If you're renting equipment out, it's their job to do the necessary upkeep. Instead of taking responsibility, they just blamed the customer. My business is going elsewhere from now on
