  We have used Critel’s for a several years on all of our HVAC maintenance needs, this last summer our AC had quit working, long story short by the end we decided to purchase a a new AC, and furnace unit. Chris and Eddie did a great job of explaining and laying out our various options that we had available to us, and explaining the benefits or drawbacks of each. This was probably the best purchasing experience of any in my life, I felt very informed about what we were getting and how it would perform. They were very prompt in getting our new system installed and I am still amazed by the cost savings and comfort it is providing our family. Thank you again Critel Enterprises!

  Called out on New Years Day. Arrived within 45 min. Excellent service. They called back to check on functioning of the furnace later that day and again later in the week.
