  We had Cregger Plumbing, Heating & Cooling out to repair a water main leak at my business, Motor City Barbell & Fitness Club in Clawson. They were incredibly professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner so we could resume operations as soon as possible. They even corrected potential future problems literally down the line.   Cregger did a phenomenal job. Chris, who came to do the work, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do before starting the job and then went through what he had done once the work was completed. This company is fair and honest. I would definitely use them again and refer this company to others. The friendly office staff also worked with me to set an appointment that met my schedule.

  I thought I needed a new boiler and was prepared to make that big purchase (based partly on the recommendation of less customer-focused companies). Turns out, the system only needed a repair. I appreciate Derek’s honesty and the integrity of his technicians and the company. My heating system is working perfectly! I’ve trusted Cregger for two services now, and I’ve recommended them to friends and family. I’m happy to regard Cregger as my go-to for plumbing and heating.
