  Couldn't be happier with the service. Just had the hot water tank replaced for the second time with this company today (December 30th 2021). The last one lasted a little over 9 years. Could have fixed the bad one for about half the cost of a new one so I knew it was best to just replace it. They agreed and I couldn't be happier with the services received. There's a reason I called them for repeat service. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Plan on still being in this house for the next 10+ years so I will be calling them again when it's due for the next water tank.

  Thank you for the kind review. Most people do not realize that water tanks wear out after 7-10 years, You do, and it was a good choice to replace rather than repair the old tank. Best wishes!

  I told them I had new parts but found out after they had left that the parts were gone, so I cannot return them for nearly $30. Two people walked throughout my house multiple times spreading who-knows-what from their work boots. While they worked, I heard water running with full force for 15+ minutes. I asked, and he said he had left a basement faucet open (it had nothing to do with the problem). Only after I asked what was running did he turn it off. He knew, but had not bothered to shut it off. I did not even know they had gone into that room. They repaired two toilets and flushed each one 10-12 times. They turned on every light even just to walk through one room to another in the daytime and left the lights on wherever they had been. No respect toward my home or utility bills. After the repair, one toilet did not stop refilling. I called for another appointment. He called back at a wrong number, did not reach me, so he did not show, and I was left waiting for three hours before figuring they were not coming. I had to call them again and set up yet another day. Another plumber fixed it, but only after flushing it 24 times. Yes, I counted. I realize he needed to see what the issue was, but surely he could diagnose it without 24 flushes. I did tell him, "You're killing my water bill", but that did not change anything. After them leaving a tap open and approximately 45 more flushes than usual, I don't want to see the next bill. I asked for a refund of $30 for the parts and considering the other issues including their no-show and two call backs. After a week, I still have not heard from them. I will not use their service again. Edit: water bill for that period was 150% of what it usually is.

  Jody is a remarkable professional. Listens. Fixes the problem. Goes above and beyond. I have used the company and him ever since my neighbor recommended him.
