  Option panel card went out on my boiler and didn't find out until around 5:30 pm. Called Cowles and asked if they had the card in stock and if I could come pick it up. Even though it was after hours they allowed me to come grab it and avoid a freezing night! Excellent customer service and will definitely recommend and use them again!

  Incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff - from the initial phone conservation to the actual technicians themselves, their customer service is outstanding.. as well as their skill, pricing, and timeliness. After having them out to our home a couple times, I can confidently say that we will always rely on Cowles Heating Service for all of our boiler needs/repairs/maintenance. We have always walked away more knowledgeable, completely satisfied, and having had a happy, enjoyable experience. 100% RECOMMEND!!

  My furnace suddenly stopped working right when everyone in the area was getting theirs tuned up for the winter. Because of this, almost every company I called had a minimum of three weeks for their waiting list! Cowles realized that I didn't have any heat in my home, so was able to come out later that evening to check on the issue. Less than 30 minutes and it was fixed! Super professional and friendly dispatch and repair folks. Highly recommended.
