  Cowboy plumbing was an amazing company to work with. They responded quickly to every call when I needed to call. Which, I didn't have to do unless I was requesting more work as they stayed in constant communication with me during any job to keep me up-to-date on the progress. I wish more companies were as easier to work with, held such a high standard of customer service and valued customer satisfaction as much as Cowboy Plumbing. If I ever need more plumbing work done, thy have earned us as returning customers. However, as they upgraded and replaced all of the old gas and water lines to our entire hundred year old home, and their work comes with reasonable warranties, I don't think I will have a reason to call them back to this old house for plumbing needs for a quite some time. I am a very happy customer.

  Wouldn't rate 1 star, they didn't even fix our drains and left them disconnected, we couldn't get ahold of them afterwards. They told us since they couldn't find out the problem they would only charge us the $95 for the service charge to end up sending us a $300 bill for making our problem worse. Highly recommend modern plumbing and heating because they can actually stick to their word, pick up a phone, and find the clog in a drain.

  Great customer support. They were very responsive and did an excellent job. I wish more companies had this kind of customer first mindset.
