  My DIY project did not turn out as planned on a Saturday and needed help, especially since the water was turned off and ALL plumbers but Cooper were closed on a Saturday. My situation would of meant no water in the home until Monday if Brandon had not responded! Brandon called and then promptly addressed all my issues and concerns. He was responsive, gave great advice for future projects and saved my day! He even helped with follow-up questions I had right away! I can tell you, being one of the top 15% Google reviewers in the Midwest, I am going to use Cooper Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on just by this one interaction! He takes pride in his work, helped someone in desperate need, and never laughed at me (ha ha) for the work or mistakes I had done! Definitely will use again!

  Recently Cooper Plumbing replaced my faucet and provided a quote for replacing my bathtub with a shower and I will definitely be using them again. He was very professional, arrived on time, and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and explained the issue to me, and the fix needed. I highly recommend them.

  I have used Cooper Plumbling in the past. This morning I discovered a water leak coming off of my water main inlet to the house. I called Cooper Plumbing in a panic. Brandon took the time and stayed on the phone with me. He walked me through a temporary repair until we can get him scheduled for a replacement. I appreciate Brandon’s time, thoughtfulness and help. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing.
