  We've used Sheldon Plumbing once for installing a new kitchen sink and once for fixing a leaking pipe in our attic. It was very easy to get something scheduled and they made sure they understood the severity before scheduling a time. Ben came out both times and was super nice and knowledgable. He fixed a pipe in our attic in an hour that was a nightmare to get to and that other contractors looked at and had warned us that it would be very difficult to fix. We will definitely use Sheldon again for any future issues!

  I don't normally post reviews but I was impressed with Sheldon Plumbing in Verona when they came out to hook up a new sink after we got new countertops installed. The people on the phone were really nice, responsive, and helpful and made sure there wouldn't be any surprises when the plumber came out. I was able to send in pictures and ask questions ahead of time. Then when the plumbers came out, they were on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They finished the work well and in a timely way. They even replaced my old crummy looking air gap cover with one that matched our new faucet, which I didn't ask for originally but would've had to do myself anyway. And they were able to replace a part on my garbage disposal so that I didn't need to buy a totally new one. I don't have much to compare the cost to, but I feel like I got great service for what I paid.

  I noticed my water tank had a slow leak coming out of the bottom (no surprise that after 14 years it was probably time) over the weekend and called Sheldon Plumbing first thing Monday morning. They were able to provide me with a estimate of how much the new heater and all costs were going to be right over the phone. They were able to schedule me for the very next morning. The technician was timely in his arrival, very professional and kept a tidy workspace. He took his time to ask questions and explain the work that he would have to do. I couldn't be any happier with the service on all fronts!
