  Rich did a great job with the installation. Was fast, knowledgeable and cleaned up the workspace when he was done. My reason for the 3 stars is the price of the water heater. 50 gallon gas water heater came out to $3600. Can’t figure out why it cost almost double what my friends and neighbors paid for theirs. I also have maintenance contract with them but not sure that made a big difference. I’ve been a customer for many years.

In regards to price, water heater material pricing has increased by over 75% in the past 12 months due to COVID supply chain issues. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Also, it is doubtful that your neighbors paid half for the same equipment as that would be less than the materials/heater alone cost us.   Friendly technician, wore a mask the entire time, in and out in 20 minutes. Hopefully, the issue is resolved. Tech had to come back. Item he tightened was still leaking water. He replaced part, plus a few old hoses, NO CHARGE! We were very pleased.

  They have taken care of our home and business for years. Alway prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. Well today I had a leak from my tubing from the humidifier. It’s Saturday…and Paul walked me through by phone how to turn the valve off and will come back to install new tube and valve. I have always recommend them to my friends and they have always been super satisfied too !! Paul is the best !! 👍👍👍👍
