We purchased our home last year and called Cool Today (Plumbing Today) to do a general inspection of our home back in August. Ken was fantastic! He gave us a variety of options for everything that needed to be done and helped explain it all. When we were ready to move forward with the work (7 months later) we called Cool Today and Ken came back out to go over everything again. He was very patient and helped us prioritize the repairs. He returned to complete the work a few days later and did an excellent job. Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to go over everything, answer our questions, and insure that our water was running properly. Thank you!!

Jonnier was very polite and thorough! He was an ideal person to invite into my home! I appreciated the explanations on how better to control my humidity and the adjustments to my thermostat. That said, the options presented were all quite expensive and even the cheapest option was not doable on the date of service. I am thankful that there was not high pressure to purchase, but I had hoped we could have made some minor improvements the day of the "tune up" There were many measurements taken, education provided but nothing to tune-- just repairs and improvements recommended.

Today we had Troy Hess was a fantastic plumber. He found out what our water flow problem was and got it perfect! I highly recommend him because of his knowledge and persistence to take care of a difficult problem. We have has Cool Today for at least 5-6 years and use their maintenance.
