  Daniel's Plumbing replaced a toilet last year with great, inexpensive new one and great customer service. So when the new bathroom sinks installed by a contractor last year started leaking again (4th time), I called Daniel's. Best move. Job done right, quick and leak no more.

  We had Glenn out to our home on Saturday 5/8/21 at 930 pm and we understood that this was a weekend and after hour call, but we had been without hot water. We paid $270 and it was not fixed. We called the plumber the next morning and he explained we need to call the office on Monday for the tankless specialist. We called Monday and received an appt for today 5/14/21 and Eddie came out. Both Eddie and Glenn were very nice and professional. Eddie did fix the hot water tank and stated he needed to run a solution through the system for it to work. Now we have a bill for an additional $390. So we said we have no problem paying for service but this seems extreme due to it was not fixed on Saturday and we paid $270. Eddie was extremely kind and stated we needed to speak with Rob the service manager. Rob was so rude and abrasive. Rob's exact words were "there is no adjusting to the bill and if you don't like it then don't use us in the future" Ok. Will do. We understand you can't make everybody happy but a small adjustment to the Trip Fee would have gone a long way. ***RESPONSE**** THAT IS NOT TRUE. When we called after hours Glenn did not say he could not fix our hot water tank. As a matter of fact we specified to him that it was tankless and he said "I dont want you to be without hot water. I can come tonight" Glenn never said one time he could not fix a tankless or we would not have let him come out or paid the fee. It wasn't until we called back on Sunday morning and said we didn't have hot water then he said call the office on Monday for the specialist. Please get your facts straight before you try to correct us. You were not on the phone and not here in our home. So yes you sent a guy out that couldn't fix the tankless hot water heater and you over charged us!

  Don, You were told prior to Glen coming out on overtime that all he could do is try and get the unit fired up. If it were a simple issue that he could take care of it. You decided to have him come out. Tank less heaters are a specialty fixture and most plumbing companies will not even work on them. We have one technician who specializes in them and he is not on call 24 hours a day. Yes you were charged for the time that our on call tech came out and tried to get you hot water. Yes you were charged for Eddie time to fix the issue when he came out. We did not install this unit. It is not our fault that it had a issue. We tried to get you hot water after hours. You were told what we could do and not do. I do not send technicians out for free. No other company would send their employees out for free either. I am sorry that you have a technical heater that requires special equipment and knowledge to work on. Again, we did not install it. We simply fixed it. Thank You

  I have used Daniel's Plumbing for years. They are very courteous, always do an exceptional job, on time & their work is impeccable. I own an insurance agency & always feel confident when I refer my clients to them. The owners & staff are always prompt in return phone calls & make me feel important as well as my clients that I refer them to. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!
