  I highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical services. After receiving the runaround and misinformation from two other vendors, Cool Air accessed my needs and delivered above and beyond. If you're looking for experts in the field, you can go no wrong with the company. From the first inspection to the installers, the professionalism was stellar. On arrival, Jorge went over my installation plan and noticed I received a different AC coil then Lennox. Jorge called and communicated the change with the warehouse and the correct coil was delivered within the hour. Jorge and Roberto, the two installers, were both kind, informative, and professional. I received a text and call upon their arrival, and throughout the installation, they shared details about the job and what they were doing. Once they wrapped up, they showed me how to use the new panel. I had a new AC and furnace installed. I have used Cool Air before for a water heater, and now I will not use any other service providers but them.

  This was across the board one of the most professional experiences I’ve had with a service provider. We ended up contacting them via their association with Costco. Daniel came out and did a great job thoroughly explaining what my options were and making sure I felt comfortable with my choices. When it came time for the installation, John Ramos and Hunter were fantastic. They arrived early for our appointment time, were exceptionally professional and were able to install my new AC/ furnace within a fraction of the time I was originally quoted. They even made sure that issues I had with my old systems venting were addressed in order to keep my family safe. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend calling them for your AC needs.

  I had my annual Furnace checkup with Cool Air Mechanical and Dominique was our technician. I have had other techs come by before but Dominique was by far the best technician. She was very polite, patient and explained things very well. She showed a lot of care for the proper function and practicality about how to fix things without going overboard. Dominique made sure the vents were blowing properly and even went above and beyond by checking my daughter room for what I thought might have been a air flow issue. Cool Air has good people and Dominique is one of their best. As with all companies sometimes you get some grumpy or stoic techs but Cool Air has a commitment to quality. Great Job.
