I cannot say enough about this company. From the person who answers the phone to the plumbers who perform the work, they are top notch. They show up on time and they know their trade. They are professional and personable and care about doing quality work. They've repaired/replaced leaking pipes, installed new shutoff valves, replaced hot and cold spigots to my washer, repaired a toilet, and replaced our water heater. This was a difficult job in a very tight space. But they went above and beyond to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the work they've done. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Shawn and Nick did a great job on repairing and replacing several pipes that were rusted. They spent over 5 hrs working in the kitchen and bathroom. The clean up was awesome. I am very pleased with the professional job they did. Highly recommend.

Was quoted $285 for a main drain clean out. Was told they would come out clean main drain then run camera to make sure all clear for $285..... Nothing else was stated. Guy shows up works for about a hour then ask me someone told you our prices correct I said ya $285. He then tells me no that's only first 1.5 hours then it's $34.50 every 15 minutes.... so we call the office no answer leave message no call back but yet office calls the worker to notify him to make sure he charges us the extra!!!! They ended up charging me $388.50 and drain is still full of tree roots, and want another $590 min to try again.... worst service and pricing ever. Don't give a price then change it. Be up front. We should have been told $285 then extra. But we wasnt was told $285 for the clean out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After hours calls are directed to leave a message, as you experienced on Monday evening. These messages are monitored and responded to. We understand you are not pleased with the bill. We would like the opportunity to review it with you and to address any concerns you have. The service that you require is more involved than what was presented to us at the time you scheduled. It is very likely that you were not even aware of the condition of your sewer line; that it has not been properly maintained over the years, from the looks of it, possibly for decades. Unfortunately, the cause of some home repair issues lie hidden. It can take some work to reveal the problem and resolve it. We also were unaware that you already had six hours of work on that sewer line with a drain-cleaning machine before calling us. This would have alerted us that your job required extra attention. These important pieces of information would have helped us provide you a more accurate over-the-phone, site-unseen conversation of what to expect on our arrival. Although our office didn’t have the full picture of what your job required, our plumber did, once he had dug into the problem at your home. Please call us at your convenience, and leave us a good contact number so that we can get you in touch with the service manager.
