  I recently took my 2017 Sierra to Colonial GMC in Loganville to have some brake work done and they notice my brake pedal was hard and immediately knew the vacuum pump needed to be replaced so they done the work even though it was a recall issue but knew it needed to be repaired and done it was great customer service a lot of the times it’s not even the repairs with pay for most of the time with me it’s the customer service and how you make me feel when I’m there is what’s most important to me so thank you to the service team for taking good care of my vehicle while in your care I’m forever grateful. Just know that good customer service goes a long way. Keep up the awesome job you are doing.

  Great car buying experience with Jeff! Everything was quick and easy! We worked out all details beforehand so we were in and out in a couple of hours. We will definitely be repeat customers. Brian in Finance was great to deal with. Overall a great, no hassle deal.

  Just bought a new GMC Sierra AT4 from Jeff Lord yesterday at Colonial Buick GMC. I had been searching for a new truck for months. Checking autotrader, cargurus, & cars.com several times a day. I found several trucks that met my criteria, but when I would call or visit dealerships, the trucks advertised were either ordered and pre sold or just never existed at the advertised price. I called Colonial Buick GMC Monday morning and luckily got in touch with Jeff. I inquired about a specific stock number I found on autotrader. While on the phone with Jeff, he knew the exact truck I was talking about and gladly walked outside to put his hands on it and verify that it was there. I live roughly 5 hours away. So, it was important to me to handle as much of the deal as we could before driving down. After a quick couple of text messages and emails, Jeff had pretty much everything worked out for my trade and financing the new truck. I drove down yesterday. The truck was waiting on me, and all the paperwork was ready to sign. He knew everything there was to know about the truck, went over everything, and got me back on my way to middle TN. I’ve bought several vehicles, and by far this was my best experience. Jeff was honest and not the least bit pushy. Well worth the drive. I encourage everyone to go see Jeff. I will next time I’m ready to purchase again.
