  I called for information to ascertain if a problem I was having was septic related! They didn't believe so but were excellent about consulting one of their service people in the field to find a solution. I received a return called within 30 minutes offering a suggestion. It turned out to be a plumbing issue, something I could resolve, and their solution was spot on. I have used Coleman for over 10 years. The entire staff is always prompt, helpful and quick to respond.
