  Remodeling a shower and they rerouted some water lines and drain. One minor issue found after work completed. We called and they responded quickly and professionally to correct the issue. Would recommend Atomic Plumbing to anyone.

  I did not have a good experience. They did not come out to walk down the job prior to making the appointment. When they did come out and found out they couldn't do the work due not having enough space for the water heaters I needed they charged me $375 for telling me they couldn't help me. My advice if you have to use them is make sure they walk down the job first and ask them if they will charge you for walking it down or not. That way you aren't blindsided. The technician that came to my home was very polite. His boss/owner of the company was the person at fault.

  I’m sorry you feel this way,This is exactly why my service manager explained to you on the phone that there are MANY variables to giving a bid on water heater change outs and “ball parked it over the phone based on the info you gave I know this because I was in the office At said time and this is policy “ And yes always best to ask for a bid prior to starting the work ..Unfortunately the 375.00 you were charged wasn’t for “telling you we couldn’t help” But for drainage and starting to remove the heaters then reconnecting them after you decided you didn’t want to follow through with the job ! That being said I understand you’re frustration due to the cost of low boy heaters being double what normal heaters run and us having to have had you’re ladder access removed ..No work space and no easy application (I DO HOPE WE CAN DO BUSSINESS IN THE FUTURE) Thanks for the review 👍
