  Had septic tank pumped by them. They showed up 4 hrs late cuz not one but 2 of their trucks had mechanical issues. After service was completed they left a trail of sewage across property. Will not be using again.

  Toilet and bath tub plug up Christmas eve. We manage to get by until thr day after Christmas because up stairs bathroom still worked. I called him at 9:00 am they siad they could make it until 200pm tbey showed up at noon. I wasn't home but my wife was. They pump out the spetic tank but it still didn't drain. So they poke around a found a clean out I didn't know about . They lean it out and everything drain. Thanks for going the extra mile.

  I called the office to see if they could come out and find a blockage. The man on the phone asked me lots of questions and said I needed my septic pumped. I said no it was pumped just 3 years ago, however the way the toilet is gurgling I/we know there is a blockage of something can you come out and free it? He said they could get someone out to look at in the morning. Today Darrell came out, he said he needed to go out back to the pump opening in ground, we said there was access through the basement bathroom which is where he needed to go for the clog. He said no, I need to get my stuff through the outside area. My husband, who is recovering from a heart attack, said I guess he knows what hes doing. We both told him it doesnt need pumped, he said well I have to do just this portion to get in there, we said ok. (This isnt what happend last time it was clogged however that company had a few days wait time) so we waited for Darrell, thinking maybe he new an easier way than what we knew for getting a clog cleared. After sometime, he came to the door, he proceeds to tell me He PUMPED THE TANK, and guess what there IS a clog but they only pump tanks not fix them so I need to call someone else, and he wanted 275.00 for his service! Nope! I was livid! Totally felt like this company tried to pull one over for money! Now our toilets do not flush at all, they atleast did that before he was here and we still have the same problem and WORSE! I called the office the gal that answered was SUPER NICE! (Only nice part of this review) She said I would need to speak with Don. Don called back, he talked over my husband, did not answer ANY questions that my husband asked and said well he pumped so he worked on it!!!!! Ticked my husband off and Don hung up on him. So now we are worse off than before and I would NEVER recommend them.
