  I was really pleased with the service I got from Jim when he came to clear my clogged kitchen sink. He arrived promptly and his rates were very affordable, which was good because I wasn't able to get any money out of the ATM that day. He used this neat little tool that sucks up all the gunk that's in your pipes and clears the whole thing out. I will definitely be calling Jim again the next time I need a plumber!

  Needed a water heater replaced in my condo. I called several places and they were either too busy or didn't have availability for at least a week. Called Jim the Plumber on Wednesday morning expecting to get an appointment on Friday or Saturday but he was able to stop by first thing that morning and replaced my water heater before lunchtime. Jim is a true professional who does quality work and I would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

  Joe the Plumber really helped me out when I needed it most. After purchasing a new home in Mayfield Heights, I noticed some strange water pressure issues in my upstairs bathroom. Joe came to my house within an hour of my call and explained what was going on with the plumbing. He was able to fix it quickly and now I have pressure coming out of my shower head again.
