  On the initial call, they were quick to have someone out to check our leaks and blockage. They were the only company of many that could come that day (which was important because we didn't have water). They quoted us a price (which seemed high, but as the only ones available the next morning, we agreed). The next morning comes around, and no one shows up. We call 3-4 times and cannot get anyone on the phone. No one showed up at all on the scheduled date (a Friday). So, now we have to find someone else that can come next week and be without water for at least the weekend if not longer. You'd be better off calling someone else even if they take longer to work you into their schedule.

  was the only plumber in the area available on short notice. cost was $115 for a simple repair – and then another $115 because we all missed noticing a second leak, the first time. first visit arrived 30 minutes early; second visit one of the half hours later than scheduled. none of the locals apparently work weekends, so I was without water for three days
