The Cleary Plumber, David, and his helper, May were total professionals, and a delight to work with. They were informative, friendly, accommodating, and highly competent. Each day they made sure that we had water even though our entire house was being re-piped. They always cleaned up their work area at the end of each day, and David provided a full explanation of the progress being made on the job. Our experience with Cleary Plumbing mirrors that of other customers who have had the pleasure of dealing with this company. The service technician Garrett did a great job installing the replacement hot water heater. Cleary Plumbing installed our old water heater about 5 years ago, so this install was covered under the manufactures warranty. Garrett worked quietly, constantly and efficiently. He never stopped working until he presented us with the invoice. He kept his work area clean and safe....we hardly even knew he was here working. Garrett was certainly a 'squared away' technician. The folks at Cleary Plumbing were amazing when it came to this replacement hot water heater. There was no push back by Cleary for the warranty replacement. This was the first I've ever experienced this level of customer service. All we were responsible for was the installation costs...exactly as the warranty specified. It is so refreshing to deal with a business that understands the values of honesty and integrity, and Cleary certainly shines in these area's. If you want a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity call Clearly Plumbing and Air. You will not be disappointed!
